Where do you live?

Sidlow, England, near Gatwick Airport but I used to live in Chester and I have a holiday home in Leigh on Sea near Southend

Favorite toy/toys:

A stick or a tennis ball. A really big stick...in fact a tree. And a pond.

Hobbies:

I like sitting on the sofa and squishing whoever else wants to share it. I like chewing sticks. I love running through water with my tongue out. I stand in my garden pond for hours in the summer but when I did this at Monty's house his Mum went bananas as there were fish in there. My garden has a winter stream and I love it when that is flowing and I cross it to go and see Bladon.

Who is your best animal friend?

Just about everyone. In Chester my best mate was Duke and I used to watch for him to walk past my house and then grab a tennis ball and go and play with him at the river. Last year Dexter came to live with us from Dogs Trust - he is OK now I've shown him the ropes.

Who is your best human friend?

Everyone ’Äì especially my Mummy and Daddy, my grandparents and TeaCake.

Please describe your perfect day:

No-one is going to work, we all get up late, big breakfast, check the garden to see if any birds have dropped something off the birdtable, meander by a river with a picnic, dinner, cuddles on the sofa, and bed. Oh and we might have a game of "hide the dog poo in the garden so no-one can find it until visitors step in it" too.

Do you like cats?

I used to have 2 cats -they moved north of the stairgate when I moved in. It took them years to come back downstairs.

What is your favorite website?

I like listening to what @WiggleTheDog and Sir H are up to on Twitter (and @HotLabRescue and I loved the advent calendar from @Wildpaw ...I got a mention and my Granny got a liver cake recipe!)

I am the first dog my Mum and Dad have lived with as adults and I have trained them pretty well. I go to lots of rowing events when Dad is racing and Mum is working and I usually insist that shoppers cuddle me and tickle my tummy.

We decided that I should train up another lab and we chose Dexter Lonsdale Binley Howe last Easter. I think I've got him pretty much doing things the Thornton way.

I have always been clumsy and accident prone and I love my Vets (Pete when I was in Chester and now Lucy).

I love opening presents. I kiss on demand!
